Approximately 26,400 square-foot, three-story Administrative Office building for the Convention Center.  Featuring executive offices, flexible conference rooms and support spaces, with a covered outdoor terrace on the third floor.

 

BS3D worked with the Exterior Glazing Subcontractor to model the glass façade encompassing the majority building, including sloping curved surfaces.  The project has glass covered guardrails at the outdoor terrace, and shielding rooftop equipment from view.  BS3D closely coordinated the pre-construction model with the General Contractor and other trade partners on a regular basis, to ensure a seamless construction process in the field.
