Glazing Contractors

BS3D specializes in producing detailed BIM models of hurricane rated curtain walls, storefronts, windows, and entry systems. We work with the Contractors to perform trade coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution before ordering, fabricating, and installing their scope of work. Our models are built directly from the Glazing Contractor’s shop drawings, ensuring accuracy while also serving as a validation tool.  The models are coordinated with the general contractor and other trades in regular BIM meetings; updated; then resubmitted for further coordination. This iterative process enhances collaboration, minimizes costly errors, and ensures a more efficient project execution.
