Electrical Contractors

BS3D works with Electrical Contractors to produce detailed BIM models of electrical infrastructure, fire alarm and low-voltage equipment, fixtures, conduits, cable trays, etc. Our models are developed based on construction documents, shop drawings, equipment specifications/cut sheets, and direct Contractor input to ensure accuracy.  The models are then used to repeatedly perform trade coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution, in regularly BIM meetings with the General Contractor and other relevant trades.  We then generate comprehensive installation drawings to be issued to the field.  This process enhances collaboration, reduces errors, mitigates costly rework, and ensures a smoother construction and installation phase.
