Construction of the new approximately 187,000 square-foot Concourse B.  Comprising of six new gates with seating/holding areas, new concession stands with dining area, restrooms, offices, etc.  The project includes energy saving electrochromic (EC) glass.

 

BS3D is working with the Exterior Glazing Subcontractor to model hurricane rated glazing systems and coordinate with other building envelope trade partners for a seamless construction process.  We are also helping to coordinate the location and wiring of EC glass control components throughout the concourse.
