A new seven-story, 181,000 square-foot Medical Office Building in downtown West Palm Beach, comprising of four stories of clinical space, three stories of parking and a landscaped occupiable roof area.

BS3D is working with the Glazing Subcontractor to model and coordinate exterior insulated, hurricane-rated glazing for the building and perforated metal panels at the garage levels.  The project also includes flood-proof glazing on the first floor to mitigate hurricane related storm surge.  The model is used to validate detailed shop drawings and for coordination with other building envelope trades, with a particular emphasis on detailed connections to the building structure.
