Approximately 54,000 square-foot renovation and expansion, including two new gates, new holding rooms and portals, new utility rooms, restrooms, storage and interior finishes.

BS3D is working with the Electrical Subcontractor to model equipment, fixtures, bus ducts, conduits and cable trays.  Weekly coordination meetings with the GC and other trade partners ensure clash-free routing prior to construction, and model updates during construction ensure design revisions and field condition changes remain coordinated for a smooth construction process.
