A two-story, 10,400 square foot addition to an existing school building, featuring an expanded food service and dining area on the first floor, along with renovation and expansion of the second floor to accommodate six new classrooms.

 

BS3D is working with the Electrical Subcontractor to model new and existing electrical infrastructure, with new technology, lighting and conduits.  Fast track, weekly coordination meetings ensure that all trades are fully coordinated, clash-free and aligned with existing utilities prior to commencement of the new work.
